Non-Alcoholic Beverages Craft Beverages are the future

Non-Alcoholic beer has a long history. Low and no alcoholic beers have history going back centuries. However, not all of that is good. During prohibition alcohol NA beer was the non-desirable alternative. In the US, during the 90’s some brands introduced what many people still think of as NA beer, none of which have a good reputation. With over 300 breweries in the US alone making an NA craft beer, and many, many more craft NA wines, cocktails, and other alternatives; this has changed.

Many innovations helped bring about this change. In beer, it was advances in brewing techniques, yeasts that didn’t create alcohol, and alcohol removal technologies. It also was a cultural movement that helped push the change. Some of the early movers in the last decade are billion dollar companies now. More importantly, flavor improvement continues and techniques are available to even the smallest of craft beverage companies. NA Beverages are here to stay, join our NA Hoppy Hour to try some and learn more.
